This policy explains what information Tiennara Resort ("Tiennara", "we", "us") collects when you use tiennara.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described here.
Contact and enquiry details — if you reach out via phone, LINE, Facebook Messenger, or our website chat, we (or the relevant platform) receive whatever you send us: your name, contact details, and the content of your message.
Newsletter signup — if you subscribe for updates, we collect your email address for that sole purpose.
Website chat — our chat assistant stores a randomly generated identifier in your browser (via local storage) to keep track of an ongoing conversation. Messages you send to the assistant are processed to generate a reply and may be reviewed to improve the service.
We do not collect payment information on this site. Reservations are completed through our third-party booking engine, which has its own privacy practices — see Section 5.

We do not sell your personal information.

Reservations — clicking "Reserve" or "Check Availability" takes you to our booking engine partner's website, where you provide payment and stay details directly to them under their own privacy policy.
Social platforms — links to Facebook, Instagram, and LINE take you to those companies' own platforms, which have their own privacy practices outside our control.
Map imagery and any embedded third-party content on this site are provided by their respective services.
We retain enquiry and newsletter information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or until you ask us to delete it. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from communications. To do so, contact us using the details in Section 9.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
